Condensed packages/factory-framework/README.md on framework PR
mono #404 from 180 to 89 lines.
Kept the service example, fixed inference semantics, registration, CLI/HTTP and
short backend/shared-image explanation. Removed the long operational and packaging
guide. No source changes; git diff –check passed. The separate app worktree and
its uncommitted manifest edit were not touched.
Pitfalls
The previous README grew into a reference manual instead of keeping the user’s original informal, example-first style.
Improvements
Keep this README short and close to the user’s own language. Detailed rollout instructions belong with the consumer app; retain essential implementation caveats without cataloguing every configuration and failure mode.
