Reviewed the uncommitted Factory diff against origin/main without editing the mono worktree. Verified that a canonical source scan such as histoscan/PA00001/001 and source map histomap/PA00001/001/epithelium produce histomap/PA00001/001/preprocessed/component_N/epithelium. Checked multi-segment identifiers and suffixes, searched sibling construction sites, and confirmed the generated foreground map is the only separate component-map identifier path and needs no copied suffix. The final PR manually bumps Factory from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1. git diff --check origin/main, focused Ruff lint, and focused Ruff formatting checks passed. Reported no findings.
Lessons Learned: Pitfalls
The general histo SOPs did not contain Factory identifier grammar and were not needed for this narrow review. Existing inbox recaps were more directly related, but the requested fresh-context review could be completed from the diff and nearby call sites.
Lessons Learned: Improvements
A short durable note describing the canonical relationship between a source HistoScan, its HistoMap suffix, and derived preprocessing component identifiers would make future reviews faster if this identifier grammar becomes a recurring maintenance area.
