# 2026-09-17 Condensed Factory README

## Work Done

Condensed `packages/factory-framework/README.md` on framework PR
[mono #404](https://github.com/virdx/mono/pull/404) from 180 to 89 lines.
Kept the service example, fixed inference semantics, registration, CLI/HTTP and
short backend/shared-image explanation. Removed the long operational and packaging
guide. No source changes; git diff --check passed. The separate app worktree and
its uncommitted manifest edit were not touched.

## Pitfalls

The previous README grew into a reference manual instead of keeping the user's
original informal, example-first style.

## Improvements

Keep this README short and close to the user's own language. Detailed rollout
instructions belong with the consumer app; retain essential implementation caveats
without cataloguing every configuration and failure mode.
