Reviewed feat/isup-inference against main, limited to the three changed files. Focused on newspaper ordering, shallow abstractions, repeated boundary normalization, defensive exception handling, and timeless comments. No project files were edited.
Lessons Learned: Pitfalls
The clinical workstream index and SOP paths required by begin-work do not exist in the knowledge repository. The instructions should state how to proceed when a workstream has no index.

A short project note describing the intended privacy threat model for patient inference logs would make it easier to distinguish required PHI controls from unnecessary defensive code.
