# 2026-08-27 Clinical ISUP inference Felix review

## Work Done

Reviewed `feat/isup-inference` against `main`, limited to the three changed files. Focused on newspaper ordering, shallow abstractions, repeated boundary normalization, defensive exception handling, and timeless comments. No project files were edited.

## Lessons Learned: Pitfalls

The clinical workstream index and SOP paths required by `begin-work` do not exist in the knowledge repository. The instructions should state how to proceed when a workstream has no index.

## Lessons Learned: Improvements

A short project note describing the intended privacy threat model for patient inference logs would make it easier to distinguish required PHI controls from unnecessary defensive code.
