Command line interface of vicom

Vicom can be called from the command line with the following command:

vicom-parse -i /path/to/input -o /path/to/output -s study_source

This will parse DICOMs to volumes and create operation logs to upload to virdx-platform. -s is the study source, which is the name of the study source in the virdx-platform, e.g. internal or bamberg.
