MRI sequences

If you don't specify a sequence, the default sequence is a PGSE sequence with 5 b-values. By default each b-value has the number of directions as the domain has dimensions (e.g. a 3D domain has 3 orthogonal gradient directions). The b-values are 90, 500, 1500, 2000, 3000 s/mm².

Generally though, sequence design can be arbitrary.
